Description

Hydrocodone 325/7.5 is a narcotic analgesic and antitussive medication. When other painkillers do not work well enough or cannot be tolerated, a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen is used to relieve pain that is severe enough to necessitate opioid treatment. It is a relatively strong medication for the management of moderate to severe pain in postoperative patients, trauma patients, or cancer patients. It comprises both an opioid painkiller (hydrocodone) and a non-opioid painkiller (acetaminophen). Each tablet has 325 mg of acetaminophen and 10 mg of hydrocodone bitartrate. Moreover, this combination is offered under various brand names, including Vicodin, Norco, and Lortab.

Your body’s pain signals are slowed down as a result, which alters and controls your perception of pain. Like naproxen and other NSAIDs, opioids don’t lower inflammation or fever. Hydrocodone, also known as NORCO 7.5/325, comes in capsule form. The hydrocodone m366 structure comes in white tablets with the imprint “hydrocodone 366” on one side. The usual dosage is 1-2 pills taken as needed, every 4-6 hours. The maximum daily hydrocodone dosage is six tablets.
